No. Most services are available month-to-month or on a project basis. We earn your continued business by delivering results, not by locking you in.
What size businesses do you work with?
We primarily serve businesses with 10 to 100 employees that don't have a dedicated HR department. If you have employees and no one specifically managing HR, we built this for you.
Can you work with our existing HR software?
Yes. We have hands-on experience with Paylocity, ADP, Gusto, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, and several other platforms. If you're using something else, we'll learn it.
What does an I-9 compliance audit involve?
We review every I-9 on file, identify errors or missing documentation, and deliver a written report with specific correction instructions. You'll know exactly what needs to be fixed and how to fix it.
How do background screenings work?
We coordinate the process through an accredited Consumer Reporting Agency. All screenings are FCRA compliant. Turnaround is typically 24 to 72 hours depending on the package selected.
